Chef Ryan Peace was proudly born and raised in Texas by strong Southern women. He credits his French grandmother for his love of cooking. She taught him how cuisine could bring the family together. After high school, culinary school brought Peace to Austin, TX. He built the foundation for his skills under the most respected chefs in town. Getting his start at Uchiko under Paul Qui, his discipline for the craft continued to flourish at Sean Cirkiel's Olive & June. Today, Peace is the Chef de Cuisine at The Peached Tortilla.
