BRAND AMBASSADOR
[ ROLE OVERVIEW ]
We’re looking for friendly, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our clients at pop-ups and events. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the first face guests see — welcoming them in, sharing brand stories, and making sure everyone has a great experience. You’ll help with greeting guests, guiding them through the space, answering product questions, and keeping things running smoothly. This is a people-first role, perfect for someone who loves engaging with others and creating a warm, memorable experience. This role is contract-based and not a full-time position. Specific contract duration will depend on the project.
[ SKILLS & ABILITIES ]
Customer Engagement: Interact with guests in a warm, approachable, and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Brand Representation: Learn and confidently communicate key brand messaging, values, and product knowledge.
Crowd & Line Management: Help manage traffic flow, lines, and entry into event or retail activations.
On-Site Support: Assist with light set-up, product restocking, maintaining tidy displays, and troubleshooting as needed.
Teamwork: Collaborate with the broader event team, supporting fellow staff and jumping in wherever needed.
Problem-Solving: Stay adaptable and resourceful when addressing guest questions or unexpected on-site challenges.
[ QUALIFICATIONS ]
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or brand ambassador roles a plus but not required.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; confident and approachable with guests.
Professionalism: Polished, punctual, and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude.
Flexibility: Must be available for evening and weekend shifts depending on event schedule.
