PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

[ ROLE OVERVIEW ]

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Assistants to support our team during event load-ins, activations, and load-outs. This role is highly physical and hands-on, requiring comfort with lifting, moving, and assembling event materials. As a Production Assistant, you will work closely with the production team to ensure all event elements are set up safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This position is essential in bringing event concepts to life and supporting seamless execution on-site. This role is contract-based and is not a full-time position. Specific contract duration will be determined by the project.

[ SKILLS & ABILITIES ]

  • Event Setup & Strike: Assist with the installation and breakdown of event materials, furniture, décor, signage, and equipment.

  • Logistics Support: Support the production team and vendors with load-in, load-out, deliveries, and on-site organization.

  • Assembly: Assist in assembling and disassembling event structures and staging elements.

  • Operational Support: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout the duration of load-in and strike.

  • Adaptability: Jump in to support other departments and team members as needed to ensure smooth event execution.

[ QUALIFICATIONS ]

  • Experience: Prior experience in production or related physical labor roles preferred but not required.

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to comfortably lift and carry 30+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Teamwork: Strong ability to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.

  • Flexibility: Must be available for evening and weekend shifts depending on event schedule.
